First things first:

  1. Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Celsius
  2. If you’re using aluminium muffin pans, grease them with a little bit of olive oil or butter. If you’re using silicon ones, you don’t need to worry about this step.

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs.
  2. Add the warm water and the olive oil.
  3. Next, add the wholegrain oat flour, the baking powder, and the brown sugar gradually. Mix them altogether.
  4. Save a sprinkling of sunflower seeds for decoration (optional) and smash the remaining ones. Add the smashed seeds and the bright turmeric powder to the mix, until well blended.
  5. Place the mixture into the muffin pans. Decorate as much as you want with the remaining sunflower seeds (optional).
  6. Let it bake for 20 minutes, but be aware that this varies from oven to over. Make the toothpick test: insert it into the center of one muffin and if it comes out clean then it means they are ready.

    1. It’s really a meaningful gesture and I agree, it’s halfway through to stay loyal to a certain business 😊 It’s nice to find new small and local businesses that are going back to this kind of consciousness. Not everything is lost, there’s hope 😊

  1. Oh, that hand written note is such a cute thing. There is a place here, from where I order books and they do the same thing every time I order books they send me customised bookmarks and handwritten sweet notes. And I think that is the only reason I order books from there. 😀
Also the muffins had me drooling 😉
