If you are looking for support throughout your life and wellbeing journey, I currently offer two types of sessions:

  • Life-Wellbeing Coaching
  • Wellbeing Therapy

You can find a short description of each one of these consultations below.

Wellbeing-Life Sessions (55 ❤)

I think this profession should be much more present, at least here in Portugal. I don’t know how to thank you, it really has helped me. The nutritional aspect is very important, no doubt of that, but the time I have with you is really helpful and makes me feel supported – the mental aspect of ourselves is also very important. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

How it works:

  • 45-minute sessions

The Wellbeing-Life sessions are based on top-notch coaching techniques and tools which will help you design a lifestyle in which you can thrive and live each day with plenty of energy. Depending on your situation, we can look into Nutrition, Mindset, Motivation, and Physical Activity. These sessions are offered in packages of 4 or 6 and are meant to be focused on one specific wellbeing-life goal that you may have (e.g. weight loss, increase your energy levels, change your career).

Wellbeing Therapy (80 ❤)

How it works:

  • 60-minute sessions
  • available online (WhatsApp or Skype)
  • available face-to-face

Wellbeing Therapy is a method I have developed which combines knowledge from different fields such as Psychology and NLP. Single sessions are available, but it is recommended that you do at least three sessions. These sessions require a lot of hard work and commitment from you – we will be doing both shadow and light work, meaning that it will be necessary to face and process old wounds in order to create space for a happier and more vibrant you.
