Who doesn’t love ice-cream, right?
Recently I discovered how to do these homemade ice-cream bowls and since then I am not willing at all to buy ice-creams out there. I actually prefer and love my own ice-creams! It’s very easy and simple to make them. Plus, since they are homemade, you do know what goes in it.
Here is what you need to do this raw blueberry ice-cream:
- 2 chopped bananas, previously frozen
- a handful of blueberries
- 20 to 50ml of almond milk
If you don’t have already, chop your bananas and put them inside a food bag. Store it in the freezer for at least one night before using it in this preparation. After your bananas are frozen, mix them with the blueberries in your blender, adding a tiny bit of almond milk.
It’s very important that you don’t use too much milk, so keep a close eye on the amount you use. We want to obtain a creamy texture and if we add too much milk we end up having a shake instead. Also, make sure that the bananas are well blended.
When you feel happy with your ice-cream texture just spread it into a bowl. You can top it up with some blueberries or any other fruit that you like.
There you go, your healthy and homemade ice-cream is ready to eat!
