Wellbeing Monthly Learning Opportunity


Hey everybody,

Happy Mother’s Day to those of you who celebrate this date today – we celebrate it on a different date, first Sunday of May, if memory doesn’t fail me. My prayers are also with those who unfortunately can’t live this symbolic day with their moms for all sorts of reasons. Know that whatever the circumstance you deserve to be nurtured, loved, and taken care of.

Now, let me jump to the other subject of this post. I’m writing directly to let you know that from April onwards I will be hosting a free Wellbeing Training by e-mail. This will happen on a monthly basis and I will be addressing a different topic each month from a Psychology’s point of view.

I will take the chance to thank you all too once again for the constant and amazing feedback. You are absolutely fantastic and beyond any expectation. It takes me some time to catch up with everything at once but I won’t leave any comment or thought behind. Bare with me!

I also have a few online workshops coming up soon, because I really want to go back to teaching and take another step on my solentrepreneur adventure. By the way, I hope to have some classic and inspiring t-shirts available soon on the store too – and a new stock of both meditational and healing sprays for insomnia, stress, anxiety, and depression. Lots to do and lots to fight for. Talking about fighting, I have the doctor’s appointment tomorrow. Fingers crossed that this time things will go well and I will finally get my hormones tested. There are a few other details I want to share with you too, but I will leave those for another time. Have a beautiful week and let’s keep the ball rolling! April feels like a very promising month to all of us.
