Transpersonal Therapy

To achieve complete wellbeing we must work on healing body, mind, and soul. Transpersonal Therapy is a process of self-actualisation and self-realisation that helps you discover the deep core of your true self. We work on expanding your personal qualities, your spirituality and personal development.

Transpersonal Therapy may not be everyone’s cup of tea due to its strong focus on spirituality. It welcomes, nonetheless, people from all different religions and spiritual paths.

Some of the potential benefits of Transpersonal Therapy include:

  • stronger sense of inner peace
  • deeper connection and self-awareness
  • greater self-confidence
  • emotional healing
  • greater stress management skills
  • increased creativity
  • healthier habits
  • improved overall wellbeing

How I Work

I’m an intuitive empath, meaning I’m sensitive to subtle energies, even at a distance. This allows me to have a deeper sense of what people are experiencing and bring forward information that would be otherwise dismissed. Paired with my Psychology background and Coaching experience, you will benefit from a safe and informed space to explore your inner-self and lead a happier life.

My sessions vary between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the intensity of the aspects we will be working in each session. I offer long distance sessions through Skype, instant messaging, and e-mail.
