For the last 6 years, I have been doing research on Mindfulness. My results have shown that mindfulness meditation can not only reduce momentary stress and anxiety, but it can also contribute to a better society by reducing personal prejudiced beliefs and biased reactions.
As some of you may know, I only share educational content that I deeply believe to be life-enhancing, and I can say for sure that Mindfulness, when embraced at the right time, can really be a powerful tool for both personal and social change.
For all this, I decided to make a totally FREE mindfulness meditation online workshop. I have been leading several workshops like this face-to-face over the last couple of years, but I now I am committed to also reach those who can’t travel or attend my classes.
