One of my favorite ways to get all those lovely greens into my body is by having a nice and tasty drink in the morning or at any other time of the day that I feel like. This time I tried a new combination of celery, pear, mint, and cinnamon.
Here is all you need to try this juice:
- 3 stalks of celery
- 2 pears
- mint leafs
First of all, make sure you wash your celery, pears, and mint leaves properly. Cut your celery stalks into small chunks with a knife. Peel off your pears and cut them also into small pieces. Put them all together inside your blender.
Add as many mint leaves as you feel like, depending on how much you like to feel the mint flavor in your drinks. I usually use the leaves of one stalk. Then fill your blender with filtered water and sprinkle it with a bit of cinnamon.
Mix everything up and your drink will be ready to give you all those great nutrients.
